Shipping policy

1. Processing Time:
   All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. 
   2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
   Orders above US$50 get FREE shipping. Estimated delivery time is between 6-12 business days. (Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.)
   3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
   You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number (s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours
   4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
   Vivid Boutique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
   

Short Version:
For orders over $200, we offer free expedited shipping. However, if applicable, you are responsible for paying customs taxes. If you don't request expedited shipping, we will default to standard free shipping to help avoid potential taxes.

For orders under $200, if you'd like to have expedited shipping, a bit shipping cost will be charged.

Detailed Version:
Our prices do not include taxes. For shipments outside the continental USA or to other countries, expedited shipping via UPS or FedEx may result in customs taxes charged by local authorities.

To keep our prices affordable, we cannot cover these taxes. To avoid potential tax charges, we typically use standard shipping, which takes around 15 days to USA/Canada.

For orders of $200 or more, you can still choose free expedited shipping, but we kindly ask that you cover any customs taxes, if applicable. By default, we ship with standard shipping unless you let us know you'd like expedited shipping and are prepared to handle any associated taxes.

Please note that all-inclusive free expedited shipping is only available for the continental USA, where no taxes apply.
