📦 Live Orders & Deposit Policy

Dear valued customer, 

Thank you for shopping with us during live sales! To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please note the following:

1. All deposits are non-refundable.
Once a deposit is placed, the item is reserved for you, and we will not offer it to others.

2. Please complete full payment within 48 hours.
If we do not receive the remaining balance within this time, your order will not be shipped, and the deposit will be kept as a handling fee.

3. Once full payment is received, we’ll pack and ship your order as soon as possible.

4. All live sale items are final sale.
Once confirmed during the live, they cannot be changed or returned unless there is a quality issue.

5. We offer after-sale support for damaged or defective items.
If your item arrives with a problem, please contact us within 3 days with clear photos or videos — we’ll make it right.
